ExchangeSync is a powerful and reliable tool which periodically runs the synchronization process between Microsoft Exchange [Server data] and a database server. ExchangeSync as a server-based installation runs exclusively on the MS Exchange Server – no additonal installation is needed on the client end. ExchangeSync add-on is fully configurable through an external XML definition file allowing administration even by regular administrators.

E-mail communication in your company securely flows through the Microsoft Exchange Server. Your travelling sales people also use another information system installed on their mobile phones. As soon as some meeting with a client is concluded, your sales representativs enter the results of their negotiations into the system [i.e. mobile application] to get the new information to their colleagues across the company as fast as possible. The Exchange-Sync tool ensures the entered information is regularly updated on the MS Exchange Server [i.e. MS Exchange Server data is synchronized with incoming „fresh“ data].
