Our developed system – RedQue application – can automatically recognize the content of paper and electronic documents and those extracted data directly save into the company database or ERP.

First implementations aim for received invoices and consequent processing into accounting softwares or pre-defined workflow approval. Regardless of document type, after some learning cycles will our application fit to your needs.

Automatic Invoice processing

The invoice is scanned or sent to our application. The software then recognizes who is the supplier, what is the price or even whether or not does the invoice require some further approval (workflow). On top of that, the customization options regarding data for extraction are immediately at your disposal – you can learn the software what to do according to your needs. The resulting data string can be eventually directly saved to an accounting software (we suport e.g. SAP, Helios, Pohoda, ISDOC format). We can also deliver a different customized connection for you.

Solution for Mail processing

Using RedQue together with an appropriate scanning device you can have all your mail sorted, classified, saved or/and distributed further automatically.

Our application automates the process and eliminates the manual repetitive work out of it. As in other cases, you can optionally start a pre-defined workflow.

Regardless of paper incoming mail or e-mails, RedQue processes it for you.
