Email classification in MS Outlook
The customer required to develop and integrate add-in for classifying emails into MS Outlook. They expected by new functionality of Outlook replenishment internal security requirements, including privacy of personal information or trade secrets according to applicable law. Because we are only one company in our country specializing in development for MS Outlook, we were the right choice for the customer.
Outlook Add-in
The customer requested create add-in for Microsoft Outlook that would implement the internal security requirements. Email could not be sent without being labeled by first level of sensitivity. Particular levels define individual rights to read e-mail. In the case that the report mistakenly received the wrong person, he was informed of the legal consequences of misuse of email.
Each message that was successful in a security process was marked appraisal and archiving information, list of recipients authorized to read the report and the text which informed about the character of the protected content.
Our solution
Pursuant years of experience with integration and development for MS Outlook, we were able to effectively respond to customer requirements.
For a better idea, we created a graphic design of add-in. Sending messages has been modified substantially. Whenever a user tries to send the message (the send button, shortcut, or any other method), there is an interruption of this event. Without our add-in that would be sent an email immediately. We propose a solution where you send an email classification shows a dialogue with several options.

Classification dialog allows you to set the sensitivity level of email. Depending on the classification can be set up users who are authorized to send e-mail read. The dialog allows you send email obviously without classification. You can also set a time for keeping e-mail in MS Exchange Server. All these items are completed automatically become part of the body of the email. In the footer of the email are displays information about the selected classification and hence about the users who have the privilege to be chosen by the sender.
The user has the option in dialog box, choose English and Czech version. Default version is automatically the language used by MS Outlook.
Information about the selected classification to the email is automatically available in the subject of message. In the list of incoming messages is now able to see the classification incoming e-mails. The classification of the subject are shown in square brackets, so as to avoid fusion of the subject and the chosen classification.
For more information on the classification of e-mail to the addressee in ribbon (upper bar) of MS Outlook. For classification of email messages identified in the ribbon display the image called classification.
According to the classification of the selected email message adds a footer called disclaimer. This is the description taken with the classification information about the activities and the legal consequences if incorrectly sent by email.
For add-in was created installation package in MSI format suitable for use in the corporation. Add-in can be installed in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, so as to MS Outlook 2010, regardless of language version.

Conclusion
Working in Outlook now allows employees to work in accordance with the security measures that the company requires. For classification of email is only required one extra clicks compared to the standard settings of MS Outlook. Add-in, therefore does not burden the staff at work. Other activities will happen automatically. Customer requirements have been met to his satisfaction.
